Hi, my name is Amber Castles, I've been in the real estate industry since 2013, although I've lived in Northern Virginia for the past 15 years! My family moved to Gainesville, Va., from Alice Springs, Australia in 2001, allowing me to see the rapid growth in both residential and commercial real estate in the local area. Seller reviewI have hired Amber Castles and the "Castles Team" on many previous occasions, always with superb results. In this instance, we asked Amber to list a property that we had owned for only a year. Amber put together an exceptional marketing plan that drummed up an overwhelming response with multiple solid offers enabling us to exceed our investment goals. Seller reviewOur experience with Amber Castles was excellent! To start with, she came to our house before it was ready to list to give her advice and where to start to get it ready. She was honest and realistic, but always optimistic - basically becoming our biggest cheerleader as we prepped our home. She has a great attitude and knows the market in this area so well. Through the process of contracts and negotiations, she was always on our team and willing to fight for us as her clients. She kept us informed on her plans and research. She even looked into some county codes to find information for buyers. Selling a house is hard work, but working with Amber will make it a lot easier.
