Amber is a returning native to the area, bringing her daughters to live in her hometown of Traverse City. Spending many years living in Ann Arbor and then Chicago, she returned four years ago to raise her girls in the most beautiful place in the world. Having lived in many areas in our region, including Traverse City, Beulah, Interlochen and Leelanau County, she has a strong knowledge of the area. As a person that enjoys taking advantage of all our area offers, as well as being familiar with the lifestyles, needs, and types of housing and property available, she is a person that will be passionate about finding the perfect home to fit you and your family.

Buyer reviewThe relationship between a realtor and a client is both professional and personal, and Amber Griswold is the special realtor who excels in both roles. On the business side, our family's buying experience couldn't have been better. Amber helped us find our in-town dream house (her deep local connections were evident), negotiate a reduced price, and navigate a drawn out closing when there were issues clearing the title (due to the sellers' negligence). Home-buying can be stressful, but Amber smoothed the path for us at every turn. However, Amber is arguably even more proficient at relationship-building, and it felt like we had a true friend fighting on our behalf in every stage of the process. Her timely and always available communication was particularly valuable. In every way, Amber is an exemplary person and professional.

She was perfect and helped me immensely locating the wonderful condo I now have. She met me at several locations and was always very helpful with expert advise and knowledge only a person from the area would know. She was so patient and kind and listened to my needs. She spent time and effort making sure I felt comfortable and understood. Her assistance with finding other experts who answered my questions and provided excellent service was so appreciated. She was pleasant and accommodating and even walked miles in the pouring rain at one property and was laughing and kind the whole time! Amber has been awesome and continues to check on me and make sure I am doing well! A wonderful person and professional!

She took her job very seriously, to the point of taking us to see five houses in one day - one of which ended up being our new home. Amber tackles any issues that we encountered during the process with grace, and in a professional manner. She is very pleasant to work with, and very responsive, which is a must for us. I would highly recommend her!

Buyer reviewAmber sure is a trooper if I ever saw one... We wanted to look at a house way back in the woods remind you we have snow up to our knees and Amber didnt turn around she brought her boots and we trucked up this long drive and hill just to see the house (which ended up being the one we purcheased). Amber was great at looking into things and getting right back to me immediatly without waiting. I REALLY liked this realator... This girl is just amazing! Amber helped me with more than looking for the best home.....

Seller reviewAmber was able to balance both selling our current home and helping us find a new home in a timeframe that worked for us. She was flexible in viewing houses and was quick to get us in to see new listings. She was able to answer all of our questions in a timely manner and made herself available to do so. She was punctual in arriving for showings, and she miraculously managed to help us sell our house without us needing to officially list it! I would recommend Amber because she is professional, pleasant to work with, and has a great vision of the functionality of things within the homes you see.
