Buyer reviewIt can sometimes be difficult to find truly excellent customer service. When you do find it, you are inclined to reuse that service repeatedly and often. In the case of house buying that would be really, really hard to do; So we need help from anyone who reads this: PLEASE use AMELIA BOOTH when purchasing your house. We are afraid it would kill our bank account to continue to revisit her exceptional customer service so I am counting on you all do it for us. We have experienced a few realtors in our lives and can honestly say that none have come close to the involvement, communication, attention to detail, flexibility, ability to understand your needs and above all make you feel 100% confident she is in YOUR corner when buying your home.

We no sooner had her list our rental home for sale when my husband got a wonderful job offer out of state, so we quickly listed our primary residence with her as well. I honestly do not know how she keeps all her listings straight as well as those clients she is helping to look for a new home but she's obviously a pro at her job. She was always available to me when I had questions or concerns and extremely patient and understanding of the amount of stress I was under selling two homes simultaneously and looking to purchase a new home in Ohio. Her sales and marketing knowledge is top notch and I would most definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an agent that truly cares about client satisfaction.
