Each unique market, including individual subdivisions in the same market area, can be very different from one another for a multitude of reasons. This is why I specifically work in a smaller market area and I am able to convey inside and detailed knowledge to my clients. Additionally I work with both sellers and buyers. Some agents will work only one side of a transaction. I feel in order to best represent my buyer clients I must have a strong understanding of seller expectations and in order to best represent my sellers I must know what buyers want. The only way to truly understand these wants and needs is to work closely with both types of clients. I am also a Certified Negotiation Expert and consider myself a marketing specialist. Local knowledge, unique strategizing and interpersonal dynamics as well as my love of working with people has been the secret to the success of my business. I take pride in each and every transaction and 100% client satisfaction is my #1 goal. I want my clients to have the absolute best experience when working with me. Seller reviewI picked Amy because I was impressed with her level of experience when I read her bio and also because it was obvious to me that she was very professional, dedicated, and extremely knowledgeable when we met face to face. She also gave me the impression that she was very dedicated to giving her clients the best service possible. Now that my house has sold, I can say that she lived up to every expectation I had of her abilities. Her knowledge and experience were very evident throughout the entire process, and definitely contributed directly to the quick sale of my home. She went out of her way to do everything she could to get my house sold and it was very evident that she truly cared about me, the client. Amy is a fantastic, trustworthy, hard working agent and I would recommend her to anyone.

Seller reviewWe have known Amy for quite a while. We knew that if we were considering selling our family home, we needed someone we could trust to be honest and up front in the marketing of the house. Amy's ethics are beyond compare and we couldn't see ourselves trusting anyone else. Amy's attention to detail is second to none! There is not one single aspect of the marketing and contract phase that Amy doesn't take a very personal interest in and truly works with her clients best interest in mind. At times I know that we became neurotic about the details involved with the marketing and showing of our home. Each time Amy would patiently and lovingly explain to us the status of our home on the market and the trends in the market, in which she was always aware. We always felt that Amy was approachable and took a vested interest in our concerns. Selling your family home is always a stressful time. Amy made the process easy and painless!! Her knowledge and sensitivity are beyond words. She truly always makes you feel special and cared for throughout the process. We could never think of going through the sale of our home with anyone other than Amy Herzog!!
