Multi Million Dollar Top Producing agent specializing specifically in the local market. I take pride in higher education and continue to apply that knowledge to my business so that I may best represent my clients whether they be sellers or buyers. Each unique market, including individual subdivisions in the same market area, can be very different from one another for a multitude of reasons. This is why I specifically work in a smaller market area and I am able to convey inside and detailed knowledge to my clients. Additionally I work with both sellers and buyers. Some agents will work only one side of a transaction. I feel in order to best represent my buyer clients I must have a strong understanding of seller expectations and in order to best represent my sellers I must know what buyers want. The only way to truly understand these wants and needs is to work closely with both types of clients. I am also a Certified Negotiation Expert and consider myself a marketing specialist. Local knowledge, unique strategizing and interpersonal dynamics as well as my love of working with people has been the secret to the success of my business. I take pride in each and every transaction and 100% client satisfaction is my #1 goal. I want my clients to have the absolute best experience when working with me. Communication, trust, local information and proper understanding of client needs are very important to a successful transaction and a successful and long term business relationship. Seller reviewAmy is one of the hardest working people I know and she knows her facts! Everything that Amy told me was spot on. She put a lot of work in to getting my house ready to sell. Once it went live on the market (on a Friday) it sold in four days (on the following Tuesday). The whole process was quick and stress free. I wouldn't even consider going to anyone else except for Amy Herzog.

Seller reviewI thanks God to make possible to find Amy in strugling time she helps me to got out of a bad inexperience agent, I won't regreat when I'd ask her to be my agent in sell the property that I have for long time in the market, inmediately she started with a plan what to do to the property to make it look nice, clean fresh desireble and use all her possibles technology medias to marketing the house it was sold quick. after that I asked her to sell my other properties that were sold in one month and half. I want to mention that she use all her influences, friends and even she work personally supervising the properties work are well done and on time. I like Amy because she always make me feel secured with her explanation how it works how she can help what is going on, she always answer questions she was there for me anytime she make it work even in long distance I really appreciate Amy, because she always says no worries! or I take care of it. ect... Amy has, from start to finish, looked after every detail, represented us in a professional manner, ensured that our offer was drafted in such a way as to protect us, yet have our offer stand out to the sellers and taken care of other issues that others should have done but did not. She kept me up to date whenever anything happened and was extremely patient and competent when I had questions - even if I posed them more than once:-) As a lawyer with 25 years of experience, Amy is one of the most informed professionals I have ever dealt with. Young Brokers would do themselves a favour by learning how Amy performs. We purchased our house in McKinney without seeing it. Amy enabled us to "see" the house through her eyes, which was very important in our decision to purchase it. It is yet another example of how Amy comports herself! She is fantastic!
