I take pride in higher education and continue to apply that knowledge to my business so that I may best represent my clients whether they be sellers or buyers. Each unique market, including individual subdivisions in the same market area, can be very different from one another for a multitude of reasons. This is why I specifically work in a smaller market area and I am able to convey inside and detailed knowledge to my clients. Additionally I work with both sellers and buyers. Some agents will work only one side of a transaction. I feel in order to best represent my buyer clients I must have a strong understanding of seller expectations and in order to best represent my sellers I must know what buyers want. The only way to truly understand these wants and needs is to work closely with both types of clients. I am also a Certified Negotiation Expert and consider myself a marketing specialist. Local knowledge, unique strategizing and interpersonal dynamics as well as my love of working with people has been the secret to the success of my business. I take pride in each and every transaction and 100% client satisfaction is my #1 goal. I want my clients to have the absolute best experience when working with me. She was very knowledgeable about the area, the homes, what to expect, and how to negotiate and work within a very difficult buyers market and still not "overpay". She was very understanding of our situation and what we were looking for and was always available. When we talked, she was very thorough and always made sure we were completely informed.

Seller reviewAmy Herzog is the best real estate agent. She works incredibly hard at every step in the sales process to ensure that the house is sold for the highest price and the minimum of repairs. She is also an incredibly compassionate person who is brutally honest. Amy performs as if she only has one client, although she has many because she is so fabulous. She has so many contacts in the real estate industry but also many others. One condition of our contract was to have the roof replaced if necessary. Amy had a wonderful roof company replace our roof in two days! Oh, and it is not politically correct to say this but in addition to all the qualities mentioned above, she is also gorgeous! It was seamless. Amy corrected mistakes from the title company, the other agent and myself. As I said, she has absolutely everything covered. I am a lawyer and I trust Amy's eye to catch anything in the contract than myself. Amy should be instructing real estate agents on how to negotiate and close a sale. Angela, Amy's assistant, is fantastic. She also knows the business inside and out and she is a great compliment to Amy's business.

Buyer reviewMy husband's friend referred us to Amy when we decided to start looking for our home. This isn't the best market to be looking in, but we were so blessed to have Amy and Angela help us through this process. They helped ease our anxieties and made sure we never made any unwise decisions in the process. In today's market, you have to be ready to make a decision fast, so having Amy's experience and knowledge on your side is a HUGE plus. Her and Angela really make a great team and we can't thank them enough for helping us find our dream home. We told ourselves we wouldn't settle for anything less than what we wanted, and we couldn't have accomplished that goal without them. I don't ever want to move again, but if I do, we will most certainly use Amy and Angela!
