With over 19 years of experience, Amy is a dedicated, full-time real estate agent recognized for her customer service, integrity, tenacity and creating an environment for her buyers and sellers to be successful. In addition to real estate, giving back to the community is imperative and Amy actively supports the United Way back-pack-for-kids program and is the current United Way campaign co-chair raising over $2m in donations; the Go Red for Women, Heart Health campaign; organizes the ND Realtor Ring Day to support the Salvation Army; Make a Wish and has a special place in her heart for Furry Friends Rock and Rescue.
Over the years, because of the loyalty of her clients, she has won numerous awards up to and including the prestigious Dick Loughlin International Hall of Fame, the Century 21; Double Centurion and Quality Service award. She's also served in the local and state realtors association as a committee and board chair and participates in various task force efforts and special projects.

Buyer reviewI called Amy back in June, told her of our needs/wants. She was absolutely impeccable in educating us on purchasing in North Dakota. Even when we thought we'd look in Montana, she offered to help us find a good realtor there too. In the end, we bought in Stanton, North Dakota through Amy and truly couldn't be happier. I would never not consider recommending Amy or C21. Our process was easy because of them.

Buyer reviewAmy Hullet is the consummate professional when it comes to real estate transactions. We should know as she has helped us over the years on three transactions. She has represented us as both a buyer and a seller and we could not be more pleased. The most recent transaction involved an out-of-state relative who was visiting and decided to move to Bismarck. We contacted Amy and in no time at all she had appointments scheduled to view multiple residences. Not only is she knowledgeable she is a delight to work with. Knowledge A+ and personality A+; Amy is quite simply the total package. It is wonderful to be able to have total confidence in a real estate agent on a major financial transaction and Amy does not disappoint. It is simply a no-brainer to select Amy. On all our transactions she was always available to handle any task at hand and with her knowledge and pleasant, outgoing personality every transaction was enjoyable. We are both seasoned individuals. Seller reviewI've known Amy Hullet for many years as a personal acquaintance. She was very helpful in answering questions and concerns I had when my elderly father was purchasing his condo. I was impressed by her knowledge of the realty business, which was obviously from her many years of experience. I did not hesitate to contact her after my father passed away and I needed a realtor to help me sell his condo. Amy gave excellent advice when negotiating with the buyer and completed all of the paperwork, including the forms needed by the condo association. I would definitely recommend Amy Hullet to anyone needing a realtor!

She went out of her way to accommodate our needs as we live out of state and we're looking to purchase a condo for our son to live in as he attends College. She took a lot of the stress of buying away and sent reminders along the way so we made sure it was a smooth transaction.

Buyer reviewWe originally called Amy to get a starting point of what would be needed to potentially sell our home. Within 24 hours, Amy had a complete market analysis with comparable homes that had recently sold in our area. With Amy's guidance and advice, we had 7 offers within 12 hours of listing our home. From there it was smooth sailing through closing. Unfortunately, we had an agreement fall through on the purchase of a new home, but one phone call to Amy and we were looking at homes within a day. Amy took care of everything, and made the whole process less stressful. She was available whenever we had a question, and even at times of the day that we didn't expect her to be. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
