I was born and raised in Northeast Pennsylvania. At the age of 20 I became a single mother. Raising my daughter on my own taught me independence and perseverance, skills that serve me well in my professional life. Eight years later I was blessed with a wonderful son. Both of my children are now grown and married and I have a sweet grandson. The Hazleton/McAdoo area has been my home for over twenty-five years. My time here has given me an in-depth knowledge of the areas in which you may be thinking of buying or selling. Working with my agent on the sale of my own home drew me to the Real Estate profession. Seller reviewI contacted Century 21 and to my extreme delight, Amy Machita was the agent who returned my call. She was uncommonly efficient and diligent. This being an interstate transaction I expected complications. Amy, in a very timely fashion, coordinated all communication between the buyer, title company, the mortgage company and myself. She seamlessly facilitated the processing and signing of all necessary documents. Additionally she made herself available for what seemed to be 24 hours a day. I've been involved in numerous real estate transactions, and have never been more satisfied. From my interaction with Amy, I would rate her as extremely valuable to your operation.
