Amy is a rockstar agent. She has an honest straight forward approach is something rarely seen in her industry. We had a regular agent try to sell our house and only got a couple showings in a period of months. Once we hired Amy we had 3-5 showings every week until the house sold! She knew how to market to get our property in front of more qualified buyers. With so much attention we could be picky on which offers we accepted and end up with an all cash offer. Once we decided to list with her she brought in a consultant to help us stage our house better to make it more appealing. This helped clean up certain areas and be aware of what potential buyers are thinking. During the closing process she was aware of potential problems before they would become issues. Went above and beyond to make sure the conditions for the sale were handled promptly. We were waiting for the water lab tests to come back and Amy took the initiative to contact the lab directly to make sure their delay wouldn't hold up our closing date. At the time of close we didn't have a new house to move into so she negotiated a rent back agreement with our buyers. This allowed us time to shop, close on a new house and take our time moving. I cannot recommend Amy enough. If you want a true professional selling your house she is the ONLY option in the Spokane area.

Awesome choice! I got lucky!! I asked for someone who knew the area, was knowledgeable and a no-nonsense sort of person and I got exactly what I asked for.
