Seller reviewWhen she showed up to view the property she was honest and told us what we needed to do or not do. She knew right away the price it may be listed at and what all was going to take place in this transaction! We felt at ease! Amy listed our home quickly and it had offers the very first day! She was quick in response to let us know what was going on always kept us in the loop. She fought for us all the way through! We had several issues before closing with title work but she kept us updated as much as possible and she handle everything very professionally! Amy was always a phone call away! She would answer our questions no matter the time nor the day! Even with all things on her plate she made us feel important! I know that without Amy Medley we wouldn't have had the opportunity to have sold out property for as much or as quick as we did! Their were struggles along way but she helped us stay calm and handled the situations professionally! I can't thank her enough for what she did for my family very grateful for her and would highly recommend her!!

Seller reviewWe knew Amy from church but had heard excellent recommendations from others who know Amy personally and professionally as a realtor. She was extremely knowledgeable and supportive through the whole process from setting the price based on comparables, listing and advertising it on multiple sights,working with us on adjusting prices as we went, and encouraging us when we felt discouraged. She always inspired hope and believed in the quality of our home and it's worth. We will highly recommend her to friends and family in need of a real estate agent! ????? Her reputation and sales history gave us great confidence in her ability to succeed in selling our farm. She handled a couple very difficult persons very well. She upheld professional ethics and standards when an individual pressed her and us to engage in a shady deal. We were impressed with her stance and resolve!!! Her texts and quick responses kept us up to date and informed- even when we were just curious and could hardly wait to hear how a showing went! Amy is fantastic!

Seller reviewLet me just say if you need a good Realtor, Amy Medley is for you. She went above and beyond selling our house. She is very knowledgeable in her field, but above all else, PROFESSIONAL!!! Amy Medley was professional in our meetings, in her comments, and advice's, also with who to contact when extra work needed done, EX: Inspectors, and contractors and such. If we had questions of any kind, we could text her and she got back with us immediately or within the hour. Amy will work hard for you. She loves her job and it shows. I will always call Amy Medley if the need ever arises again. Thank you beyond words Amy! Your the best! Let me add...This is the second home Amy has sold for me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!
