Seller reviewWe knew Amy Medley from attending the same church. She has a reputation of being vary caring of her clients, being very knowledgeable and hard-working; so we knew we could trust her to help us with the sale of my Dad's house. Amy made the whole process so easy for us. She gave us ideas and options on decisions to be made, was very clear in communication and always had our best interests through the entire process. We knew we had some hurdles to overcome to get the house sold. Amy was so helpful and knowledgeable with her suggestions to us on how to handle and deal with those hurdles. All of her advice was extremely helpful and productive, and guided us in making the right decisions. The results were better than what we ever imagined being. I would highly recommend Amy for any real estate needs. Her knowledge and expertise, her attention to details and her caring heart for her clients make her stand out.

Buyer reviewI believe Amy reached out to me before I was pre-approved (after I saw something I was interested in on a website) and did not judge me and kept giving me steps to take. In the past, I wasn't given the time because I wasn't pre-approved. Amy still kept in touch and help me through. Once I was approved for a loan, she was available for to me 24/7. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and concerns, and never did she make me feel like I was a burden. When we did meet for a showing, Amy made my shy son feel very comfortable and spoke to him even though most of the time he would shy away. She kept including him in the process and made us feel special and like we deserved our first home. I will recommend her to everyone I know.
