Seller reviewAs we ventured through our first ever relocation process with the Federal Government, due to my husband's promotion, Amy was extremely helpful in advising and finding resources to handle the many many obstacles we encountered. The house next to us caught fire, causing smoke damage and decreased curb appeal. The timing of buying and selling was further complicated by the involvement of the government relocation program, and our buyer's multiple setbacks in their financing. Amy was patient and professional as she helped us through each complication that arose, and did so with immense kindness. I would recommend Amy above any other! She was an incredible blessing to us!

Buyer reviewAmy was amazing! After the first time I met Amy I knew she was going to be great. After looking at my first home she could tell I was a little let down and she looked at me and said don't worry we will find you something. She really made me feel like we were a team which was very important to me. Anytime I reached out to her she responded very quickly! We looked at 3 houses till we found THE HOUSE. She took the time to walk me through each home and let me talk her ear off about what I loved and what I didn't love. This was my first time buying a home so I had a lot of silly little questions for her and she never got annoyed with me and she patiently walked me through everything. She was extremely encouraging throughout the entire process. By the end of our time working together I truly felt like not only did I have an amazing agent, but I also made a new friend. Amy made buying my first home very stress free and fun!

I was impressed with her friendliness, understanding of the market, area and her understanding of the kind of home I was looking for. She also understood I would be moving from out of state and offered various communication styles (email, text, virtual tours of homes) to meet my needs. Working with Amy was so easy. She really listened to what I wanted, what was important to me in a home and worked tirelessly to offer different home options. Amy's follow up and keeping deadline commitments was excellent. She followed up on every detail with me, the seller's agent, etc. to keep the communication going and ensure the process went smoothly for me. Amy made this whole process so easy!! I will be recommending Amy to everyone looking for a realtor in the area. Her attention to detail is very strong - which was helpful when reviewing documents, inspections, etc. She read everything and then met with me to answer questions, discuss and answer all questions I had.
