Personal Profile
In my early adult years, I attended California State University, Chico where I received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration with an option in Management: Small Business Entrepreneurship. I met my husband while in college and we moved back to Sonoma County where we started a family of our own with three girls and one boy.
I have been a Northern California resident for the past 30+ years; and my family has resided in Sonoma County for 70+ years where they are active community members. We love all that this beautiful region has to offer, and we spend as much time as possible camping, hiking, and hanging out along the Russian River. If we aren't enjoying the great outdoors, we are bouncing around between the kids' extracurricular activities including softball, gymnastics, and dance.
I was working as a Staffing Manager in Santa Rosa when I found my true passion while searching for my first home. I left the staffing firm; obtained my Real Estate Salesperson License; and began assisting friends, family, and community members with buying, selling, and investing in real estate. In my first year of real estate, I won Rookie of the Year at Prudential California Realty in Rohnert Park. I have also received three quality service awards for 100% client satisfaction with CENTURY 21 Northbay Alliance (now CENTURY 21 Epic). I currently belong to the North Bay Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. I am an active member of the local Realtor Chapters and Multiple Listing Services.
My personal strengths correlate well with real estate- I am very organized, a good listener, and detail oriented. I take pride in my work; but first and foremost, I make sure to always keep my clients' best interest in mind. I stick by my motto, "Service you deserve. Person you trust!"

Buyer reviewAmy was very helpful throughout the purchase of our new home. She got everything in order for us as far as inspections goes and took the time to go over those inspections with us and answer all of our questions about them. She help reassure that something we thought was major was actually a common and easy fix. This was a very stressful process but with Amy's help, knowledge, and guidness it made for a easy and exciting experience. Amy did a lot for us throughout the purchase of our home. She answered all of our calls and text, which were a lot at times, and was helpful and understanding throughout. She always kept us updated on different aspects and always made sure we knew exactly what was happening. She went above and beyond to help us get our dream house. At times it looked like the seller might back out but Amy went above and beyond to make both sides happy to make sure we wouldn't miss out on our dream home. Amy takes a stressful process and makes it easy and we couldn't of asked for more. Amy helped out tremendously throughout the whole process of us buying our dream home. She's so knowledgeable and always available for any questions or concerns that ever come up. It was great knowing that we could call Amy and she'd always answer and always take the time to make sure we were comfortable and not stressed out or worried. She made for this process to be very easy for us and we couldn't of asked for more.

I could be any happier with Amy and the result of my sale. I will and have referee Amy to all my friends or family that ever are looking to buy/sell. 1) A heard from a friend who used Amy and century 21 in the past. My friend told me how great Amy is, how helpful, how knowledgeable, how understand, how nice, and overall how easy she makes the sometimes stressful process feel. So it was a easy choice for me to pick Amy and she lived up to the reputation and more. I couldn't be more happy with her. 2) Amy made the sale of my home quick and stres free, which was awesome. She not only sold it in a time frame I wanted but sold it for a price I didn't think I could even get. Amy is excellent and I will/have recommended her to all my friends and family. 3) Amy is so kind and polite she made it feel like we were family the way she would be honest and helpful with us. It meant a lot to know that we weren't just a job for her and she really made herself availability 24/7 and was tremendously helpful throughout the process. She went above and beyond anything I could of asked for.

Seller reviewAmy Pastryk, is a professional and she works her ass off. She personally drove me around to look at properties, whenever I asked. She had a plan to get my asking price met, not only did she meet it, she exceeded it by $10,000. Amy went above and beyond, finding a trustworthy contractor to complete a delicate job towards the end of escrow; it was a crucial factor in closing the deal and it went seamlessly. Lastly, she explained everything in general terms I could understand, she gave me consistent updates throughout the entire process, and she was always there when I needed her. I lack the vocabulary to express how great it was to work with Amy Pastryk.
