Buyer reviewAmy is very personable. We did not want to work with someone who is not a "people person". We had attended several open houses and Amy connected with us right away. She knew the house she was hosting very well. She was knowledgeable about the neighborhood and the area. Anytime there was something sent by email to be viewed or signed Amy would send a text to let us know what to look for and what we needed to do with each document. Purchasing a house is very stressful and Amy did her best to help keep the process as smooth as possible. She stayed in close contact with our lender informing him of dates and deadlines that we and the lender needed to meet. Amy is very prompt. There were times she had several appointments but always found time to for us and we never had to wait. If she said a certain time she was there. She let us know about interesting things to do in the area as we get settled in. In addition to all of the above Amy has a wonderful sense of humor, a warm inviting smile and she is fun to work with
