Buyer reviewI was thinking about not doing a home inspection, because I was buying a condo, but when she asked if I want a home inspection I decide to have one. It was found during the inspection that there was a problem with the heating and air. The selling decided to replace the heating/air which saved me a lot of money. Ana did a all around great job for us, which help us greatly because we were buying/looking for out of state. Great job Ana.

Buyer reviewI contacted Ana Moore via telephone while driving to Myrtle Beach from our home in Indiana and asked her to set up some homes to see because of our desire to retire there. She was able to set up all the homes we wanted to see in just one day. We found the perfect home because of Ana that day. In less than 1 week we found a home and had a closing date set up. Being from out of town we did not know lenders, inspectors or lawyers, Ana was able to guide us with everything we needed. We are excited to soon be new residents in the state of South Carolina. Everything went so smoothly because of Ana. If we ever decide to sell this house, we will definitely use Ana Moore.

Ana also has been the agent for two of my wife sisters when they purchased their homes. She has become a family agent for us. Not sure what more can be said, without Ana's knowledge of the market don't believe our place would have sold as quickly or for the price we received.
