They were on top of everything as well. Once the loan was approved the contracts and closing and other paperwork went smoothly. I lost some time with the first bank in trying for a mortgage. Unfortunately my companion had one to many credits. Once Ana introduced a second Bank, they recommended to drop my companion for the mortgage and it worked. All went well after that, thanks to Ana. Very good agent.
