Hi!! I am Andrea DiFillipo from CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises. I was born and raised in Portland, Maine where I received my BSBM in Business Management. Moved to the sunshine state in 2016 where I proceeded my career as a Full Time Realtor with CENTURY 21 Beggins the Number One Century 21 Brokerage in the state of Florida.
I have been in the customer service field for over 20 years, dedicating myself to provide the most personal and professional care for my clients. Andrea was very perfectional. and listen to our interest as a 1st time home buyer, you really don't know what to expect. so you really need someone who is there to the end. there were times when I thought it was not going to happen and Andrea encouraged me hang in there

Buyer reviewAndrea was wonderful to work with! My timeframe to search for a place in Florida (I was visiting from out of state) was very limited and she was able to accommodate my timeframe. I had a list of properties that I wanted to see and she did not pressure me in any way and pointed out things in the property viewings I missed. Andrea was able to refer me to a fantastic inspector! During the offer and closing process, she explained everything very well and she also made herself available outside of my work hours. I was more than pleased with Andrea and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property!
