Moved to the sunshine state in 2016 where I proceeded my career as a Full Time Realtor with CENTURY 21 Beggins the Number One Century 21 Brokerage in the state of Florida.

I had been working with another agent previously who was very unresponsive and didn't seem to take my home search seriously. They were extremely professional and we interested in finding out my specific needs and meeting them. Andrea and Wipa were excellent in helping us deal with a difficult seller situation. There were some issues toward the end of closing (completely unrelated to the Broker side - it was on the mortgage company's part) and they handled the seller and their agent perfectly and we were able to close on time! Andrea and Wipa were an excellent team and I was very happy with the level of service and professionalism they brought to the table. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

It wasn't easy to find something with over an acre of land with a pool in our price range and in the area we were looking for but Andrea hit all 3 targets and we are very happy with our purchase. I would highly recommend Andrea to anyone in the area. Andrea is creative and has successfully adjusted her processes during this difficult COVID-19 pandemic to meet the needs of her clients.
