Buyer reviewAndrea is excellent at her job and helped us find a place we love even during this incredibly crazy and difficult time we're all living through! Andrea was great at assessing the strengths and weaknesses of houses and locations and helped us avoid some very bad decisions along the way. She was professional and clear and knowledgeable throughout. We never had the chance to meet in person because of the coronavirus, but by the end, trusted her completely and feel incredibly warmly towards her.

From the first meeting I had with Andrea through the closing, I was thoroughly impressed with Andrea's knowledge of the market as it changed and with the details she always had when contacting me with updates. Andrea was very proactive and timely with her communications with us and knew when to make a change in the listing or the marketing plan. Andrea is well connected with the real estate community in northern Michigan and with financing institutions and is very effective at bringing the right resources to meet your needs. I always felt informed on the progress of our sale and Andrea was always very responsive whenever I needed to contact her. Buyer reviewAndrea Galloup's expertise and level-of-service has been top notch. Since I live out-of-state, every step involved in this process was just a little more complicated than if I lived in-state/nearby. Andrea was able to efficiently answer all of my questions and provide information and suggestions - all while dealing with the hazards/thrills of Michigan winter. She will be the first person I contact when I next decide to purchase another property in Michigan. Since I spend most of my time in California, the 3-hour time difference can sometimes make transactions with those in the Eastern Time Zone a bit inconvenient. Andrea was always able to communicate with me (whether via phone, email or WhatsApp) in a timely fashion - and since much of the work on my home purchase took place in December and January, she was working during the Holidays. Andrea knows this particular part of Michigan incredibly well - and that expertise has made every aspect of this process (including work AFTER the purchase was complete) to be so much easier. I whole-heartedly recommend Andrea Galloup to anyone who's looking to purchase any properties in this part of Michigan - and I look forward to working with her again in the future.
