I received my real estate sales person license in 1990, and received my Brokers License in 1997. I purchased the Merrill Office in 1998 and the Tomahawk office in 1999. I have worked with the Century 21 System the entire time. I believe in it's system and the value I have to offer buyers and sellers, by being a part of the organization that our 'Gold Post' represents. Our marketing plan, which I offer my sellers, far exceeds any that our area brokers offer. My dedication to put buyers in the 'right' property is also a top priority. Buyer reviewWe were looking for a cottage, but weren't exactly sure where we wanted to be. We were working with a different realtor in a different area when we saw a property in Andrea's area. The realtor we were working with set up a showing of the property with Andrea. Andrea was fabulous! She was patient and knowledgeable of the area and the properties. She even took us to properties that weren't on our list but that she thought we might like! Her patience is exceptional! We liked her so much we drove 2 hours to work with her again the next weekend! She was always ready to accommodate us! She is really terrific!
