I received my real estate sales person license in 1990, and received my Brokers License in 1997. I purchased the Merrill Office in 1998 and the Tomahawk office in 1999. I have worked with the Century 21 System the entire time. I believe in it's system and the value I have to offer buyers and sellers, by being a part of the organization that our 'Gold Post' represents. Our marketing plan, which I offer my sellers, far exceeds any that our area brokers offer. My dedication to put buyers in the 'right' property is also a top priority. I PRIDE MYSELF IN RELENTLESS SERVICE FOR ALL MY BUYERS AND SELLERS.

Seller reviewWe had three brokers come to the property. Andrea was the most prepared at the first meeting, had the most positive outlook on the sale, and provided information right up front of items that may come up on the inspection. She was always proactive and responsive in a timely manner. Was very considerate of our time and privacy. She made sure we were aware of all people needing to come to the home and that it was ok. We got a much better price than expected. Communication between buyer and seller was professionally handled through Andrea. In my opinion, Andrea went above and beyond to help us through the process and to keep the buyer and seller both happy with the outcome.
