I received my real estate sales person license in 1990, and received my Brokers License in 1997. I purchased the Merrill Office in 1998 and the Tomahawk office in 1999. I have worked with the Century 21 System the entire time. I believe in it's system and the value I have to offer buyers and sellers, by being a part of the organization that our 'Gold Post' represents. Our marketing plan, which I offer my sellers, far exceeds any that our area brokers offer. My dedication to put buyers in the 'right' property is also a top priority. Seller reviewAndrea met with our son, David, and our daughter, Kristin Weisenfeld and took a tour of the house. She recommended a "Declutter party". Andrea works with the youth group at Immanuel Lutheran Church and suggested they could come and help us. On the Friday before out first decutter party we had a heavy snowfall and cancelled the event. The next weekend Andrea was out of state, so the pastor, his son, members of the youth group, our families and a few neighbors filled a 30 yard dumpster (48 years of living in one house can accumulate a lot of things!). Andrea had several showings the first weekend, and had two offers on the house within days. One of them became the buyers. Andrea earned her commission with dedication and hard work. She took care of everything and made the sale so much easier for us! We highly recommend Andrea to any future home sellers.

Seller reviewExcellent communications skills both from Andrea and her office staff. I consistently rec'd. reports of showings and results. Guided me thru the process, offered suggestions when decisions needed to be made and was "always" available to talk and answer any questions 24/7.
