Personal Profile
After 29 years of experience in real estate running my own company, Burke Mill Properties, named for the lumber mill owned by 3 generations of my family, I have joined the Farm & Forest Team. I have a strong knowledge and love of Burke and the surrounding area. Having grown up skiing and ski racing, I passed that on to my children while teaching and coaching at Burke Mt. for many years. I enjoy that special connection with the many families who are coming to the Burke area, falling in love with all that we have to offer here and wanting to find a spot of their own. I have many loyal clients and customers to thank for my successes in the real estate business and look forward to continuing that trend with Century 21 Farm & Forest.

We didn't know exactly what we were doing and the confidence we had with Andrea Kupetz made the stress go away and she made it fun, plus we learned a ton about Burke and the surrounding area. We would highly recommend Andrea Kupetz to others for any real estate needs. She was extremely available... we could text and get immediate replies. It was memorable and a big deal to have the process so positive. It completely got us off on the right foot - positive, excited and feeling "at home"!!

Buyer reviewAndrea Kupetz was wonderful to work with and after an initial property listing sold before I could see it, she followed up within a couple of weeks with another listing which was perfect and I ended up purchasing the property. The closing was very fast due to the sellers closing on another home and Andrea was able to pull everything together within a couple of weeks to make it happen. She was also very helpful in arranging for rental management services and lined up renters before I even closed on the property, taking a little stress out of the purchase knowing that rental income would be coming in to offset the new expense of owning a second home. I would absolutely recommend Andrea and Century 21 Farm & Forest to anyone looking for property in the Northeast Kingdom.
