Buyer reviewThe one thing that stands out the most about Andrea Lavin was her smiling face and friendliness she was very in tune to the type of house with RV parking we were looking for she was very professional and showed lots of confidence in what she was doing she guided us the whole way there was something's we asked to have fixed on the house that seem like much but Andrea was able to write it up and the owner agreed to fix all the repairs we asked for I'm sure that it was the way Andrea Lavin do business. I would recommend Andrea Lavin to all my family and friends and if anyone ask why because she is very serious about what her clients want and will find it for you I have that much confidences in her. My family is still smiling we are so happy with where and what we have.

Buyer reviewAndrea was referred to us through the USAA network. We purchased an REO home and she made sure that the inspector and appraiser adhered to the VA standards and went above and beyond by correcting the appraiser. She got us concessions as well many repairs to include a new stainless steel dishwasher. We were able to purchase our new home from 1400 miles away with very little hiccups. The home was move in ready and we are so pleased to have found her. We will definetly recommend Andrea Lavin to anyone that needs a realtor in the future.
