From the moment we spoke with Andrea Maitland, or "Andy" on the phone, we knew she would be extraordinary in helping us through the first-time home buying process. We planned our trip for Virginia to meet and person, and she completely rearranged her schedule to fit us in hopes of finding a home. Although we did not have high hopes of finding the perfect home that week, Andy made it not only possible but made herself available every step of the way. Andy went above and beyond in her role as our real estate agent. She communicated with us every step of the buying process and even after. She ensured that our home was ready to go as we traveled from several states away. Our starter home could not have the story it does without Andy. Andy is the first person we will use to buy or sell homes within Virginia, and we look forward to referring her to anyone else we know in the market for a home.
