I knew that Andrea Mann had an excellent understanding of the types of people who would buy homes in the area where Leafydale Court is located. I felt her knowledge of the area would enable her to identify prospective buyers for the house so it would sell quickly. She knew exactly where and how to advertise the house, and made good concrete suggestions to me so that the house would show better. I listened to her, and did everything she suggested. And, she was 100 per cent correct. Andrea was professional, on the ball with everything and oversaw work on the few things she suggested I do. Everyone should be lucky enough to have a realtor like Andrea working for them. Actually, Andrea sold the house and told me she had a contract for more $$$ than the asking price in only three days. Andrea Mann made the process as painless as possible. While I realize that nothing in this world is totally perfect, I can't think of anything Andrea could have done to make things better than she did. When problems arose about settlement dates, Andrea told me not to worry and things would work out. She was right. She took charge and stayed on top of everything. Without Andrea, I don't know things would have gone as well. She is a dynamo as far as I am concerned.

Another fine job by Andrea Mann! She priced this house at the high end of the market, but we got the full asking price and the appraisal confirmed it. I'm a rehabber, and she advised me on how to fix up the house so it would sell. She also did minimal but effective staging. Result: fast sale! Now I just have to find and rehab more houses for her to sell!
