Buyer reviewWe used Andrea ten years ago (when Melissa's mother passed away) to help sell her co-op in this neighborhood. When our rental building was sold, and we needed to move quickly, we looked at some websites, called one other agent about a listing we had seen, then realized we needed someone who knew her neighborhood and knew what she was doing. We still had Andrea's number from ten years ago, so we called her and things just went from there. Our first home-buy, and Andrea walked us through the complicated steps, recommended a mortgage provider (who we actually did use) and helped us deal with the co-op board, the application, and the whole process. Andrea helped wherever she could to make a difficult move manageable for us. We definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy in this neighborhood.
