Andrea is a family friend and we heard how amazing she is - we knew we had to have her assistance in getting our first home! Andrea is extremely knowledgeable in the homebuying process - crucial for first time home buyers like us! Andrea is amazing!! Buying our first home after renting for years was overwhelming. Andrea Schoelkopf made this process flawless. Every weekend, she put aside time to show us SEVERAL houses in one day. We appreciated how efficient she was, since we were both travelling 30-45 minutes to Cinnaminson. Andrea is responsive, kind, knowledgeable, and advocates for her clients. Would highly recommend! We will absolutely go back to Andrea in the future!

I would highly recommend Andrea as she has a great deal of experience and knowledge in her sales field. We lived in our house for 32 years and the thought of taking on this huge project to find a new home, sell our current home, purge, sell and move out furniture while trying to pay attention to the transaction details was overwhelming. We had 40 days from start to finish and it seemed like an impossible task. Andrea was able to guide me, take some tasks off of my shoulders, keep me calm and on track. I am grateful for her willingness to go above and beyond in order to make this sale as painless as possible. We are settling in in SC moving from NJ and a week into our move, I have very good reflection of the entire process thanks to Andrea.

Andrea has now helped us sell two homes. She was a consummate professional throughout the sale of both. We were very pleased with how quickly she acquired pictures, hired a drone operator and got our properties on the market. She was quick to offer inexpensive tips to make our homes more appealing to buyers. Her pictures were always professional and they captured the best attributes of each room or home feature. Andrea was very receptive to our questions and concerns and she never hesitated to add/change something upon our request. She was quick to respond to offers and counter offers as well as any issue that arose. She was in constant contact with us and quick to return our calls.
