Buyer reviewFirst rate. Andrea Schoelkopf's industry knowledge and dedication to customer service separate's her from the pack. I would highly recommend her for anyone interested in pursuing a real estate purchase or sale. Throughout the process it became painfully evident that the seller's realtor became more of a hindrance rather than a help that created delays and made for a more laborious transaction. Andrea came to the rescue and actually deserved the full commission of the sale as she wore many hats and did the job and functions related to the selling end that fell outside of her role and responsibility but rather handled BOTH the selling and buying realtor job functions without the recognition or compensation from the selling end of the deal. Without Andrea's attention to detail and extraordinary efforts, we would not have been able to close the deal.
