She always had time for my questions, and made sure I was prepared for each step in the home buying process. Andrea went above and beyond with the purchase of my home. The financing I went with required extra trips to the property before closing for additional inspections and contractor bids, she was present every time I needed access to the house, and even helped me through the contractor selection process. The overall experience with Andrea was great, I am the first of my friends to be buying a house, but I will make sure to recommend Andrea to all my friends who are looking to buy, and sell houses in the future.

Andrea Stone was my friend for about ten years before she became a realtor. Even though she was new at selling real estate, I knew she would do a good job because she is so out-going and warm. I had observed her work in another job she held and saw that she tried different ideas to make things work and that she was a good team worker. She enjoys helping people, so I didn't doubt that she would enjoy helping us. Andrea has a shining personality. She is caring and compassionate, intelligent and articulate, positive and optimistic. She is proactive and was candid about asking other realtors for their advice and acting on it. In her first career Andrea was a financial officer, so she is good at explaining the financial details of real estate. She is also very thoughtful, even bringing us flowers. And finally, she is persistent. Our house was old and quirky, but she kept bringing us prospective buyers, twenty-seven in two weeks, and then it was sold! I admire Andrea so much, and my husband and I were so happy with her work in selling our house. She communicated well with us throughout the process and kept us optimistic about selling our house. We both would recommend Andrea to anyone who wants to sell their home.

Andrea Stone took considerable time at the onset of this home buying process to learn about our home needs and desires so that she could streamline the process and present more homes with our desired features and location. Andrea went above and beyond on social media to recruit more listings when the market was at it's lowest point with available inventory. We were able to secure a home in the area we desired thanks in part to her expanded reach. Throughout the process Andrea was forthcoming and timely with all information and really made the entire experience a pleasurable one. While Andrea is relatively new to the real estate business, she did not present herself that way and will be a great realtor for many, many years to come.
