We were so fortunate to have Andrea help us through the home buying process. In May we found a perfect house with a significant issue. Other buyers made offers and things slowly fell apart with those. Andrea knew this was "the one" for us, and she worked so hard and reached out to so many people to get us answers and find a way to resolve the concerns and get us into that house. Upon learning about our upcoming move, TWO of my friends recommended Andrea's services. With my permission, one of them alerted Andrea of our need for a realtor. She called me that same day, and we set up a meeting that week! Andrea was very professional and made sure we were kept up to date every step of the way. She was available whenever we needed her and alerted us if she was going to be out of town. She was incredibly patient and never made us feel rushed during the sales process. Andrea presented us with a very detailed, professional sales packet. She walked us through all of the comps and the things we needed to consider when selling our property. She did an excellent job of negotiating so that we were able to get a fair price for our home, as well as a move out date that fit our family's needs.

As a first time home buyer Andrea was amazing at going through every step of the home buyer process in lots of detail. She always had time for my questions, and made sure I was prepared for each step in the home buying process. Andrea went above and beyond with the purchase of my home. The financing I went with required extra trips to the property before closing for additional inspections and contractor bids, she was present every time I needed access to the house, and even helped me through the contractor selection process. The overall experience with Andrea was great, I am the first of my friends to be buying a house, but I will make sure to recommend Andrea to all my friends who are looking to buy, and sell houses in the future.

Andrea Stone was my friend for about ten years before she became a realtor. Even though she was new at selling real estate, I knew she would do a good job because she is so out-going and warm. I had observed her work in another job she held and saw that she tried different ideas to make things work and that she was a good team worker. She enjoys helping people, so I didn't doubt that she would enjoy helping us. Andrea has a shining personality. She is caring and compassionate, intelligent and articulate, positive and optimistic. She is proactive and was candid about asking other realtors for their advice and acting on it. In her first career Andrea was a financial officer, so she is good at explaining the financial details of real estate. She is also very thoughtful, even bringing us flowers. And finally, she is persistent. Our house was old and quirky, but she kept bringing us prospective buyers, twenty-seven in two weeks, and then it was sold! I admire Andrea so much, and my husband and I were so happy with her work in selling our house. She communicated well with us throughout the process and kept us optimistic about selling our house. We both would recommend Andrea to anyone who wants to sell their home.
