Andy Green has been in the business of serving people since 1999. He is a member of the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS (CTAR). He is passionate about getting to know his clients and discovering exactly what preferences they have in buying or selling a home. Andy has been married to his wife, Angie, for over 15 years and is a devoted father of two. He is also serves as a pastor at Freedom Church. Andy also loves to help leaders of other local Charleston churches minister to the people of the area. In his free time, he enjoys going on dates with his wife in downtown Charleston, spending time with his family, visiting the beach, leading a home group of couples from his church, traveling, drinking coffee, and cooking for his family and friends. I knew Andy from before he became a real estate agent and he's one of the most honest, caring, and trustworthy people I've ever known. I didn't know whether he could sell a house or not, but I knew I trusted him, so we went with him. It turns out that he's a master of real estate. For all of the major decisions we had to make Andy gave us options, told us what he recommended, answered lots of questions, and then let us decide however we wanted. For every prediction he made about the market, pricing, multiple offers, etc. he turned out to be right: he really knows this housing market. We had multiple offers within three days of listing the house and got more than our asking price.
