Buyer reviewThis was our first time buying a home and between all of the complexities of buying a home, offers, contracts, inspections, mortgage process, etc., it can be a very overwhelming process. Andy Johnson made this process feel like a breeze. He was there every step of the way and made himself available to us anytime we needed him! We lived in California and only had 2 weeks in Connecticut to look at houses so we we're skeptical we would be able to make it happen. Andy spent as much time with us as we needed looking at houses almost everyday for two weeks, and he found us exactly what we were looking for!!! He was there for us during the contract negotiations that we had to do from California and was an incredible help in terms of staying on top of inspectors, the bank and the lawyers which could've been difficult to do from across the country. And he did it all with a big smile on his face and was the nicest guy throughout the while process! I would highly recommend Andy to anyone who needed a realtor in the Windsor, CT area, he was absolutely incredible!!!

Buyer reviewFrom the moment we first called him, Andy made this process completely customized to what we could afford and what we wanted. He worked hard for us, even when he wasn't feeling well and at all hours of the day. He found us a house that had everything and more and that we hadn't even considered looking at at first. Moreover, he taught us about the house buying process with patience and understanding of what it means to be a first time buyer. My fiancé and I are so grateful for his generosity and kindness as he helped us in this process. He was a great resource and comes with a whole network of contacts that were so helpful every step of the way. I would recommend him to anyone, especially because he has both helped us in finding our home, and has been my own parents realtor for over 20 years, helping them purchase a family home when they first moved to the area and then a home they downsized to now that they move toward retirement . For a homebuyer on either end of the spectrum, new or experienced, you can rest assured he'll take care of you! We can't thank him enough for everything!!
