My former position as a Real Estate Appraiser gave me years of experience in assisting people in stressful situations. Although buying or selling a home should be a happy venture, it still can come with stress. To ensure a successful experience, I help guide my clients through unfamiliar and emotional processes, as well as my skill and experience in understanding and explaining contracts, negotiating, and remaining calm under pressure.

We moved from Florida, so we didn't know the area at all and Steve was so helpful in answering all our questions and was willing to drive hours, just so we could look at properties in different towns. He was in constant contact with us, even for several weeks before we moved. I feel like we had not only an amazing realtor, but made our first lifelong friend in Arizona! While we had much less contact with Angela, she was amazing and prompt with anything Steve couldn't answer. After a history of very mediocre realtors in Florida, they definitely exceeded our expectations.
