Seller reviewAs pure luck would have it, Angie came to the property to see some items posted online for sale prior to agent selection. She inquired about the plans for the property then pre-inspected it. Her local knowledge and comments about how the property should be marketed and to whom impressed me right away. I was a remote seller and Angie gave me great references for local, reputable Service Providers (i.e. Septic, Well, Handyman, Pre-Home Inspector and Termite). She went out of her way to assist with opening locked gates for Service Providers and dealt with Septic, Well and Termite Inspections to make sure their Certifications came in on time. Angie knows her business, she knows her community and she works fast and efficiently to get things done.

Seller reviewI found Angie Knight by accident. She was on a long list of potential agents, and I selected her because she had the most sales in the area, and was a full time agent. This proved to be such a great decision. First, Angela knew about the area, actually was an area specialist. She took the time to look at all the special aspects of our home and what would set it apart from the others. Second, she was so informative regarding our needs, as we were selling as part of a family Trust sale, and she knew exactly how to proceed. Third, Angela was able to make the whole sale come together for BOTH sides. Yes, she represented us as the seller, and the Buyer. She kept us all informed along the way. At the end/ close of escrow, I was releived to be done with the escrow, but knew that we would miss Angela, as she was now considered a friend! I can say, I don't know what we would have done without her, she was so professional and we will make sure to let any friends and family know that we strongly recommend Angela Knight if they have a home to sell or if you are a buyer looking for that special property.
