We had considered the monumental task of relocating our family back to my hometown for years. A volatile housing market, custom feature home, and past life difficulties made such a move daunting. I met with Angela a year before selling our home. The moment I met with Angela Knight, she came prepared with all the comps in the area, as well as what the market was like in the High Desert as a whole. She explained in detail what she would do for us in regards to advertising our house and getting it sold as quickly as possible, as we explained to her we were in the process of moving out of state. I felt I was important and a high priority to her throughout the process. She either answered her phone or text immediately, or would call me back as soon as possible if she was tied up with another client or in a meeting. She kept me constantly informed as to the status of paperwork, status of sale, and what was going on with the other party. I've worked with other real estate agents in the past and Angela, in my opinion, did a more exceptional job than the others. I wish I had used her on the prior house sales.
