Seller reviewI moved from Apple Valley almost two years ago, but still owned some land and contacted Angie. I knew that the sale of my vacant land could take a long time because of the location. However, Angie was right there for me, in setting a good listing price and excellent listing with photos. I am so thankful to have received the recommendation from my friend to select Angie. Seller reviewGosh, where do I begin?! Simply put, Angie is the best! She goes way beyond what is expected of a realtor. Her knowledge of real estate laws, nuances, etc. is superb. We had a house and vacant property to sell in Apple Valley, but we live in Chicago. Not being on site in California made us nervous until we met Angie. We were in California getting the house ready to sell when we met her. The marketing material, comps, printouts, etc. blew us away. Her research was top notch. Selling property in one state and living in a different state is not easy for a seller. I knew immediately that we could put our trust in Angie's hands. Throughout the process, she was on top of everything. When things needed to be done at our house, she knew what needed to be done, who to call and what it would cost.
