Seller reviewSale was in an out of the way area, and needed to sell quickly to be able to close on a house out of state, so communication was very important and I don't think it could have gone better. We were able to close on both properties in a timely manner and Angela always kept us up to date. She was very helpful staging the house for advertising and always provided feedback when buyers would look at the house of anything that could be improved. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who was selling their house and use her again if I was still in the area.

Buyer reviewAngela Knight approached my husband and I with a house that came to the market. She knew the family would love it, and she was right. We were quickly able to walk through the house and fell in love with it even more. We put an offer on the house immediately and it was accepted on contingency that our house would sell. With Angela's help we were able to get a full offer on our house within a week of putting the offer of the other. Angela and her staff made all of the paperwork and selling of our house easy and pain free. Angela has amazing assistants and everyone we worked with were all so friendly and helpful.
