Angie's assistant Lily is outstanding in her job along with the rest of the staff. It was a very pleasant experience. Angie has a great team. A story I would like to share. We we're supposed to move from our home in San Jose on January 24 , we had everything packed and waiting for the movers to come the following day. On January 23 my wife fell at home and shattered her wrist, she had two surgeries in two weeks, our move was delayed five weeks. It was incredibly frustrating for us. Angie was so good to us in our time of need. She came by to visit us, it really cheered up my wife she made sure we had everything we needed in this difficult time. She was like our guardian angel and we will always appreciate that. Thank you Angie

Thought id be dealing with Angie whom I knew was a top seller and a family friend..i instead worked with Angies associate Lilly. Angies reputation proceeded her and I knew business would go smoothly with her,. At the office I was introduced to Angies associate Lilly with whom I would be working with. I was put at ease from our first handshake. Lilly's professionalism and competence did not surprise me knowing Angie;Lily's engaging personality made the minutiae of paper signing virtually painless. I was in real estate its a what have you done for me lately business; results are what counts. and Angie and Lilly did not disappoint!

I contacted about 6-8 agents. All but Angie Cocke replied with a generic form letter, however Angie's was a personal letter. The form letters didn't give me any faith of the agent's ability to sell my house at a great price. Angie's initial response stood out from the others, as she mentioned two things she specifically knew about my house and the neighborhood. Since my neighborhood is an unusual one, I knew that an agent familiar with the neighborhood would be the best choice. I also wanted an agent who would take responsibility for coordination of repairs, landscaping and staging. Angie was the only agent who fit both my qualifications. I also didn't receive any nagging sales emails or sales phone calls from her in the 3-4 weeks between the time I first heard from her and the time I called her again to really talk business. A couple of the other agents sent me at least five promotional and irritating emails or voice messages during that time. They were eliminated right away. Not only did she fit the qualifications I was looking for, but she is a dynamo, operating at about 200 miles an hour to get the job done. She has great contacts for house repair, landscaping, painting and trash removal, and she got all the fix-ups done for me, paid from the sale of the house, so I wasn't out any cash, and my house looked beautiful. My house sold right away, for more than I expected or asked. In addition, since I was already living in a different town, Angie arranged for me to do all the paperwork signing remotely, without having to return to San Jose. Angie is the best!
