I want to start by saying Angie was everything we could have asked for. My fiancée and I were moving to the Dallas Fort Worth area for my graduate program. With us previously living 500 miles away, we knew little to nothing about the area. On top of not knowing anything about the area we were also first time home buyers, so we knew nothing about buying a house either. With all that said we also had to find a house and move with in two months. Angie contacted us after we had been looking for houses on Zillow. We set up plans to meet her in two weeks. My fiancée and I were both working so we were only able to drive down on the weekends. Angie gave us guidance on perfect hotels to stay in and great places to eat while we were down there as well. When meeting Angie for the first time she was extremely excited and enthusiastic. After introductions she discussed with us what we were looking for in a house and a neighbor. With all this in mind she helped us pick out 10 houses to go look at. With so many houses to look at she knew she had a long day ahead of her but she stayed positive the whole way. She ended spend the entire day with us, when I say entire day I mean from 9 in the morning to 8 at night. After that we did find a house we and we did put in an offer in on it. Unfortunately with how crazy the market is in the area we were unsuccessful. So Angie gave us two more whole Saturdays looking for houses and putting in offers. After 3 weeks of looking and putting in offers Angie never lost her positive energy. We finally found a house and won the house even with 8 other offers. After winning the house and final negotiations were made, Angie helped us with every step after. We thought finding a house was a lot, but little did we know of how much stuff we would have to do after finding a house. She helped guide us threw escrow, finding an inspector, and everything else!!! I know that this was our first experience with a realtor but we honestly could not imagine finding a better realtor. Our first meeting was very cordial and pleasant and although we didn't proceed the first time, when we were finally ready I reached out to her again. She was very helpful and patient throughout the whole process. We had several showings, and when I finally picked a home it was way above our price range. She was able to negotiate and get us very close to our budget. She explained every step of the home buying process deciphered the real estate lingo for us. Very thankful for her help.
