Angie Muehlfeld is a licensed Michigan real estate broker and has been working in real estate for almost 20 years. Angie is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Michigan Association of Realtors, and the Saginaw Board of Realtors. Since joining the team at Century 21 Signature Realty Angie became certified to work with Cartus/Realogy and has helped many families relocate to and from the area. She has consistently been a multi-million-dollar producer and received numerous sales achievement awards from Century 21 and customer service satisfaction awards including the CENTURY 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Award for 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. Angie holds a bachelor's degree in interior design with a minor in architecture from Baker College and has a strong background in sales, marketing, and property management. Over her years of real estate experience, Angie has helped many families find their homes, from the apartments she started out managing in Saginaw Township and Grand Blanc to the residential and commercial sales she now does in Saginaw, Tuscola, Bay, and Genesee Counties. Angie resides in the Frankenmuth area with her husband Matt and daughter Katerina and is a stepmom to her son Ian and daughter Maddalyn. Living in the Frankenmuth area all her life, Angie understands the Frankenmuth market. Angie loves working with her clients to find and purchase their dream properties. The experience Angie gets from helping her clients buy their first home and being able to help them sell to either upgrade or downsize as their needs change throughout the years has been amazing.
