Buyer reviewAnissa really knows her business. She knows the area and understands your needs. She will listen to you and work to provide whatever it takes. We wanted to make some immediate improvements to the property and Anissa arranged for use to meet with several local contractors to discuss and get quotes. She meet with us multiple times to view the property. She provided detailed information of the area, such things as places to eat, sites to see, shopping, entertainment, and a general overview of what to expect. She handles all of the closing details and made sure it was quick and convenient. Overall, we couldn't have been more pleased with Anissa Hutchins and highly recommend her.

Buyer reviewI think patient stands out here. Anissa showed me about two dozen properties before I left for about a year and a half of Army training. When I got back, she was more than happy to pick back up where we left off. She also worked with me as I changed and refined my requirements during the searching process. Anissa went above and beyond to help out a unique situation I found myself in during closing. I found out around 1700 the day prior to closing that I no longer could make the signing in person. Anissa worked with FCM and a close friend of mine to work out granting my friend limited power of attorney to stand in my place and keep the sale on track. She never missed a beat.
