I moved to Washington from California in 1989 and joined Century 21 in Spokane. Relocating to Anacortes and now make my home in Mt Vernon. I grew up in the Midwest, have a daughter and 3 adult grandchildren, 1 in Argentina, 1 in Virginia and 1 in Utah. My one addiction is real estate.

Seller reviewAnita is knowledgable in the field of mobile homes and was a huge help during the pandemic to keep me apprised of what was going on in the market (which was not much). As soon as restrictions lifted we started to see action on the property and it was a short time later we had a deal that closed. I am extremely happy with Anita Kohl.

Anita is very knowledgeable about real estate in general including all the rules and regulations in this area. Anita is very personable and willing to help her clients find a home no mater what their budget. Anita embodies all the above and more. Anita has been by my side for 5 years as we looked at houses. We made many offers but were always outbid. I had money in the bank but not enough to pay cash. I had no credit related to a bankruptcy in 2011. My income was low. Most houses were out of my reach. I recommend Anita to anyone I know that's buying a home. I couldn't have asked for a better agent. I will use Anita for all my real estate transactions.
