She got the job done not withstanding the poor market, challenging area, and challenging Buyer financial qualifications on more than one occasion. We are Florida residents and this was rental property (previously primary residence) so it required a little more help from Anne in a number of areas. Anne had quick contacts for getting some minor repairs done which helped a lot. Anne knows the market, has great contacts with other agents outside of Century 21 along with super communication skills. It is easy to see why she consistently out performs her peers.
