Buyer reviewGoing into this buying situation was very stressful, we were dealing with a deployment, cross country move and a pandemic in a seller's market. Anne Green understood and was on top of it! Looking at houses, taking videos for me, she stayed on top of it and kept me well informed. She is patient, kind, and helpful even when I thought I was being needy and desperate. Buying a home is stressful I'm glad I had her on my side!

Properties in my area of interest were selling very quickly, and she maneuvered us into being first and best offer on our choice. I am convinced her responsiveness made the deal. Her strategies, performance, communication skills, and grace under pressure are faultless. I was very fearful about having to buy a home during a pandemic, and she made my husband and I feel very safe throughout the process. She also went the extra mile to help us with technical issues --we're not the brightest in that regard and a lot of the processing was online. She patiently tutored us through every step. Even though she is based in Fredericksburg, I must say that she is very knowledgeable about the Northern Virginia market, because she lived in Fairfax County before.
