Buyer review"Excellent" isn't a high enough characteristic for how amazing Anne Green is..."outstanding" "impeccable", and "awesome" better define who she is as a person, which is reflected in her talents as a Realtor. Due to an unfortunate medical emergency, my family and I didn't have a lot of time to dedicate to our immediate need of finding a new home. One of her strongest qualities was her ability to respond quickly to all of our questions via email, phone call, or text. She was very efficient in being able to review the different comps in the area and used her vast knowledge and experience of growing up in Reston to help us. She was an amazing mediator and always had our best interests at heart. Anne could not have been more understanding and was a true partner in our journey, making the home buying process as painless as possible. We were treated like family. We can't thank Anne enough for coming along side us and being a true professional in providing us with wise counsel and being so patient. Most of all, we appreciate Anne's immense kindness and understanding as we have had to focus on our family.

Buyer reviewAs a military family, we sought out recommendations from military facebook groups for the area. Anne Green was recommended. When we spoke with her, it was clear that she understood what we were looking for and understood the unique challenges of buying a home as part of a military move. Anne was responsive to our every need. Additionally, she made superb recommendations regarding local lenders and title companies. As a result, the entire process was SUPER SMOOTH. Anne bent over backwards to meet our requests, and she made the challenges of purchasing a home from 800 miles away seem like nothing. She has my highest recommendation as an agent for military families moving to the area. Promote her immediately! I have no idea what this survey does for Anne's career as a Real Estate Agent, but her employers ought to thank their lucky stars. Buyers can care less about the company that their agent works for, but we care deeply about the agent. I will be recommending Anne to every inbound military family that I speak to for the foreseeable future. Anne exceeded our expectations. Flawless from start to finish. A natural for her profession. Customer Service and knowledge/professional expertise is the name of the game, and she nailed it.

Seller reviewAnne Green was the perfect match. She understood our need to sell quickly, her price point was perfectly set to sell fast yet still get us the best possible price. Without question any and all suggestions she made we did. (Which obviously worked with us going under contract within 24 hours on the market). Even if that had not happened so quickly, her marketing plan was better than any of my friends' realtors. She kept great contact and made sure everything was completed. We couldn't have dreamed of a better realtor for us, we are truly thankful for all her hard work.
