Hi, my name is Anne Starr. I'm a real estate agent with Century 21 Community Realty. I am a transplant from Southwest Florida, I now call the state of Georgia my home. I absolutely love the area and cannot imagine a more beautiful and welcoming community. The people, culture, seasons, and outdoor activities will forever keep me calling Georgia home. I graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelors in Psychology. Before entering the world of real estate I was a co-owner of three childcare centers. Being a former teacher, I enjoy educating and guiding my clients on the buying and selling process. I won't pretend to know all of the answers, but I'll make sure to find them! She found out what we were looking for and then she sent listing every week. She called to check on us. I have been looking over a year for the right piece of property. Anne Starr went above and beyond to help me find the property. She is extremely professional and a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend Anne Starr!! An absolute pleasure!!

Seller reviewListing my undeveloped property with Anne Starr was a terrific decision. Anne listened intently to my desire to market it quick and easy. Following the Listing Agreement, Anne took charge of everything and I received regular, agreed upon updates on her activities. It is an understatement to just say Anne's performance in Marketing and Selling my property was excellent. She has an AMAZING market awareness to generate activity for her Listings.

Seller reviewWill start with a can be more happier than I am today glad I came across a true woman passionate on the job but most importan passionate on getting us (customers) the best possible outcome on our sale on my case she fast answering her phone (crucial on sales) 2nd she came when she said she would come. 3rd got really great pictures of the house and all listed attributes of the house. But most importantly she got us on contract with month on been on market after having a bad experience with other agents. Will definitely use her services again and if you haven't you missing out. All a can said is thank you for what you do.
