Hi, my name is Anne Starr. I'm a real estate agent with Century 21 Community Realty. I am a transplant from Southwest Florida, I now call the state of Georgia my home. I absolutely love the area and cannot imagine a more beautiful and welcoming community. The people, culture, seasons, and outdoor activities will forever keep me calling Georgia home. I graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelors in Psychology. Before entering the world of real estate I was a co-owner of three childcare centers. Being a former teacher, I enjoy educating and guiding my clients on the buying and selling process. I won't pretend to know all of the answers, but I'll make sure to find them! We had what I consider a very difficult seller for the home we liked, and Anne handled everything in a very professional manner and we were able to close the deal despite the setbacks and obstacles that we were presented with. Anne has the ideal traits to be a real estate agent in that she is very personable, excited about her work, and has the utmost patience in dealing with her clients. She is on top of everything involved in the sale or purchase of a home and responds extremely fast with a knowledgeable response when presented with questions. Although the seller seemed to very difficult to deal with, Anne made us feel comfortable with our decision to move forward with the purchase and we are extremely happy with our new home. Anne's performance exceeded expectations as she was always available for any questions or concerns and she had us under contract for the sale within 48 hours of the listing going live. I was elated when the offer we received was more than our asking price and the home appraised for the amount we were offered. Anne has the greatest personality of any real estate sales professional that I have personally ever met. She is extremely thoughtful, attentive, a great communicator, and it is obvious that she loves what she does!
