Hi, my name is Anne Starr. I'm a real estate agent with Century 21 Community Realty. I am a transplant from Southwest Florida, I now call the state of Georgia my home. I absolutely love the area and cannot imagine a more beautiful and welcoming community. The people, culture, seasons, and outdoor activities will forever keep me calling Georgia home. I graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelors in Psychology. Before entering the world of real estate I was a co-owner of three childcare centers. Being a former teacher, I enjoy educating and guiding my clients on the buying and selling process. I won't pretend to know all of the answers, but I'll make sure to find them! Real estate allows me to merge a few of my passions: educating myself and others, being of service to my community and rising to the challenge! I'm decided it was time to find a new home. I applied and was preapproved. I already had an agent I was planning on working with but one night I received a random call from Anne Star asking me about my needs and wants. I asked her lots of questions since it was my first time buying a house & she always had an answer for me. Anne showed me several houses the next day & we found the one. She was always in touch & answered every question. I will definitely be working with her in the future. I highly recommend working with her because she made the process easy and fast. Im very satisfied and very happy I found a home in such a short amount of time. Overall a great experience and I loved how enthusiastic she always is.

Anne Starr made me feel safe, informed, and well taken care of as a first-time homebuyer. I reached out to her after an unfortunate experience with another agent left me concerned about the process of buying a home. She got back to me quickly and arranged a walkthrough where she informed me of what she thought about the property and the ins and outs of FHA loans. Afterward, she immediately found estimates for repairs and took into consideration those costs in the contract. She knew her stuff and got me seller's credits, worked to get the needed repairs lined up for me, and always made time to explain and advocate for me. Her partner came and helped me make repairs to the property (and taught me a little about installing light fixtures lol ), and I feel fortunate to have selected her as my agent through this process. When things were stressful and unsure- she kept me informed and worked to make sure things came together. Even beyond the signing of the final documents, she has reached out to make sure I am happy and well. She is AMAZING. You cant go wrong with having her on your side.

We were lucky enough to to "stumble across" Anne Star for our realtor,and are so grateful for all her help! Anne was100% all of the above, a pure delight! Anne was very knowledgeable and we felt like she had our best interest in mind. There was never any pressure and living out of state sometimes presents an issue but this transaction was pretty flawless. Anne was a real "Star!"

Anne went above and beyond with the closing and purchasing of our house. She did more work than was expected of an agent. She was a joy to work with. Always available to talk to. She is simply the best! Anne was the key factor in getting us the easement we needed. The other agent selling had no interest in helping. Anne even went as far as to get the notary also. We lived out of town at the time. Anne made sure it all happened Anne is what her name is... a true star!!!

Anne Star went out of her way to accommodate our busy schedule of traveling back and forth from Alabama to Georgia. She was always available when we needed her. Anne answered all of our phone calls, messages and emails in a timely fashion. If she was not sure about certain questions she found out answers and got answers without delay. Anne is also very knowledgeable concerning VA loans and was able to steer us clear of properties that would not stand up to VA requirements. Overall it was a pleasure dealing with her and her.
