At first I had a different realtor in mind but after speaking with Annette and meeting her I knew she was the realtor for me. It was my first home buying experience and she helped me through everything. Anytime I had a question she had an answer for me and was always available to answer my questions. I would recommend Annette to any first time home buyer that doesn't quite know what they are getting into. I can't say it enough she was very helpful and made the experience very easy. Buyer reviewAt a very difficult time in my life, Annette was a calm to my storm. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel like everything was going to work out. Not once did I ever feel rushed or pushed into anything I was not comfortable with. Because this was not a buyers market at the time of my purchase, there were times I felt like I might have to settle for something that I was not happy with. I remember walking out of a house and thinking "Well, I guess I could live with it". As I walked out of the house with Annette, she turned to me and said "Ok, that's not going to work". I immediately knew I wasn't going to settle. There are certain things you need in order to accommodate your family, and she knew it wasn't right for me. Thank you Annette, for taking my phone calls morning, noon and night. Thank you for never making me feel rushed, and thank you for being so supportive while I went though this process that can be very scary at times!
