I would assume this might be considered a "chick comment", but quite honestly the major selling point with Nettie was how very professional she was. And by that I mean how knowledgeable she was with understanding what things might cost me when looking at possible work to be done on a new house, understanding the market, understanding the possible buyers and what their offers involved, and mostly understanding me. She could read me every time and feed me information, ideas to use, or just support. Which were so very welcome to have. There was never a time that I asked a question or needed information that she did not have it for me. Amazingly enough she is beyond knowledgeable on the majority of everything important to know about a home.But if I did happen on a subject she was not sure of, she would check on it after our visit and I would have an answer within a day or two. She was always available for communication at some point throughout the day which helped with not delaying things for me. And at the end of the day, everything possible about her as a realtor was so very professional but as a person she was also kind and considerate about how important this process was for me. And I mean always! I never left a meeting with her without feeling how excited she was for me to be accomplishing the sale of one home and the purchase of another. I know she was busy but I was never made to feel it was to busy for my odd question here and there. I just truly do not have a negative thing to say about working with Nettie Keller. If I were to have built what would have been the ideal realtor for my experience it would have been exactly as it ended up being with her. I do not usually write reviews but really wanted anyone out there who was in my situation which was not having been needing a realtor in over a decade and not knowing where to start to get a good one..... to know from my work with her..... I would highly recommend Nettie Keller. Whether you were needing to sale or buy a home or all the questions that might be in the middle until you do..... I can say with complete confidence you should contact Nettie. You will not regret it.
